Emotional Intelligence: The Ultimate Stress Buster

 
Our ability to manage our emotional states is critical to managing our day-to-day stressors and preventing burn-out. The good news is that Emotional Intelligence is a skill that can be learned and continuously refined and deepened. Whether we are aware of it or not, we are constantly processing emotions, using our emotions in every decision we make and reacting to other's emotional states.
  Course Objectives:
