AC #6: Leadership in Early Childhood Programs - Capstone


Focus on the leadership role of the administrator, within the program and as part of the child care profession, managing the process of change and organizational growth and development.


AD LDSP 586 (Credential Course #6)
3 credits (undergraduate or graduate)

This is the final, culminating experience in the credential course sequence. Individual projects are required with a focus on the integration of program aspects in developing a strategic plan for change and continuous improvement.
