Examine Your Resilience Quotient Within the Public Sector


Learn to not just endure and survive change, but to thrive on it! Build your capacity to grow our own resilience and help others strengthen theirs.


This highly interactive workshop session presents an innovative model for understanding change resilience, identifies the key characteristics that enable someone to be resilient and thrive during change, provides a tool – the Resilience Quotient – that enables you to assess your own and others' resilience, and guides you in developing a plan for strengthening your own resilience and in helping others to do so. Come to this session prepared to explore ways to enhance your capacity to deal with change effectively and, in your leadership role, help your team build their own resilience.
