How to Plan and Conduct an Effective Public Meeting

 
This workshop is designed for both public sector administrators and those non public employees who foresee the need to plan and conduct a meeting or forum involving the general public. Attendees will be actively engaged in all discussions. This session will take a look at best practices in holding open meetings, Wisconsin open meeting law, moderating techniques and much more. No prior experience in conducting public meetings or forums is required.
