LC #1: Early Childhood Leadership: The Personal Disposition of a Leader Course includes Online and Face-To-Face sessions


Identify, compare and utilize various leadership styles while examining the roles of vision, emotional intelligence, resilience, optimism and reflective practice in successful leadership of early childhood programs. With a focus on excellence and diversity, you’ll learn what it takes to be an effective leader.

  • Understand the difference between management and leadership, the interrelationship between the two, and the need for leaders in early care and education settings

  • Articulate the importance of resilience in leaders
