	Participants will be introduced to dynamic leadership and management processes that specifically apply to the Health Care world. Issues of strategy, organizational structure and change leadership will be addressed. Environmental analysis techniques and both internal and external organizational challenges will be discussed. Exercises in application of the subject materials will be an integral facet of this program.
