Practical Strategies for Conflict Resolution in Health Care Settings

 

Leaders and Managers have a responsibility to handle the disputes that arise. We will discuss the conflict cycle and the importance of emotions in a rational process. Learn how to intervene early without mirco-managing. Explore a range of interventions, problem solving strategies, and the science behind decision making. Determine when informal or a more formal process is preferred.
