Child Care Programming - School Age (non-credit) Available Online

 

Study childcare programming for school-age children (ages 5-12 years) as it relates to the child's social milieu: family, community and child care center. Learn to comparatively examine childcare programs and their supporting theories. To receive Registry certificate, all course assignments must be completed within the course timeline. Course is a DCF Approved school-age only equivalent to Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher. This course is offered in partnership with the UWM Center for Early Childhood Professional Development and Leadership.
