Aquaponics / ÈækwYÈpRnhks / is a sustainable food production system that combines a traditional aquaculture (raising aquatic animals such as snails, fish, crayfish or prawns in tanks) with hydroponics (cultivating plants in water) in a symbiotic environment.

The summer workshop will be held Monday – Thursday from 9:00-1:30pm from July 22 – August 1. Topics may include:

- Fishing Habits of ethnic groups
