Adventures in Fact & Fiction; Gr. 3-5

Are you up for adventure? In stories, maps, films, and art there are adventures for us to follow, given to us by the women and men who had the adventures – or dreamed them up: Marco Polo, Jack London, Beryl Markham, Mutiny on the Bounty, The Right Stuff... all for us. We will make our own adventures as well, keeping an exciting map and diary of our own true life and imaginary adventures. This is reading and writing for the sheer excitement of it!
