LEAN Business Planning

 

Create value through customer focus!

In this program, you will use LEAN Startup and growth tools to identify your customers and determine their needs.  You will analyze that information and incorporate it into a feasible business plan.

This program is the updated version of the old ETP program, designed to help small businesses develop a quality business plan through an educational series comprised of lecture, guest speakers and coaching.  The new LEAN Business Planning incorporates LEAN startup concepts as well as other methods including the popular business canvas.  There is a $750 grant available to offset the cost of the program for qualified applicants.  To recieve this you must generate a business plan and two business canvasses that pass the state requirements.  Only 9 slots are available so contact Jason Mueller, Program Manager for more details:
