WiSE Breakfast Series - Innovation - Because Growth Matters

No organization can allow necessity to be the mother of invention. Statistics show that roughly half of the companies that exist today will not be in business a decade from now. Existing size and profitability do not guarantee future success, which is why leaders cannot leave their futures to fate.

Innovation must be integrated into the business strategy and become a cultural norm where outdated habits are replaced with the encouragement of new ideas, diversity of viewpoint and constructive dissent. Learn the necessary elements to create a culture of innovation where ideas, big and small, are transmuted into measurable action plans.
