Weightlifting for Seniors New Class

 

One of the best ways to stay mobile is by adding weights to your exercise routine. Learn how to safely lift weights, as well as the benefits of doing so. Instructor Kerry Weber will demonstrate a variety of exercises. Towels and locker provided.
