Train the Trainer Unit I: Design and Development of Training Programs Available Online

Gain the knowledge and skills to create compelling and effective training programs. Learn how to effectively manage what happens before, during, and after training. This course provides a comprehensive foundation in professional training using the ADDIE model as a framework.

This is an instructor-facilitated, online asynchronous course. You are required to have routine access to a computer with Internet (we highly recommend a high speed connection such as DSL or cable modem). Each week you will be given activities to complete, however within that scheduled week you will be able to complete the activities at your leisure.
