Performance Coaching for Public Managers

 

Bringing out the best in people requires the public manager to shift his or her role from manager/supervisor to leader/coach. Examine the quality of your coaching relationships with your staffers and discover a variety of tools to assist in diagnosing the causes that limit employee performance.
