Water Exercise - Strength, Cardio and Flexibility


Do you know water can help you strengthen your muscles and gain flexibility? Learn and experience how water provides you with support, allowing you to do much more in the pool than on land. After getting the facts in a classroom setting, jump in and give some water exercises a try with certified water aerobics instructor, Elaine Burns.

Wearing a swimsuit is required; towels and locker are provided.
