More ▼ This workshop will assist participants in understanding the unique nature of the mass media and to provide them with the skills and abilities to deal with reporters. Find out how the media approach a news story and how your can make the most of interactions with reporters. Learn how to plan a proactive media relations program for your agency and understand how different media formats, whether newspaper, radio or TV, can affect external communication efforts.
