Implementing a Project Management Discipline/PMP® Exam Review

 

This course provides an in-depth study of the knowledge areas covered in the project management life cycle. An application of concepts to real world projects is achieved through group discussion and situation simulations. Cover the necessary methods and disciplines to implement a project management discipline on your own or for work.

This course also covers the necessary information required to prepare for the CAPM and PMP exams. Evaluate your knowledge against exam requirements and develop a future study plan.
