|The conference center on-site caterer serves meals that consistently earn high praise from our students and guests. Most planners opt for service in our roomy and comfortable 208-seat main dining room. The popular daily buffet features three entrees, soup, salad, desserts and choice of beverages. Other planners, especially those organizing evening events, choose a more formal sit-down meal.
Reception and bar services also are available. The caterer also provides continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and afternoon snack breaks in the various classrooms throughout the facility.
The East-End Café is a more casual atmosphere for visitors and guests as well as faculty and staff. It is open Mon. - Fri., 7:30 am to 2 pm. In addition to the blue-plate special of the day, build your own sandwich and salad bars are available. A wide selection of coffees and other beverages, home-baked cookies and other temptations are popular.
