The School's faculty and staff engage in teaching, research and community partnerships. These professionals, who are aligned with UWM's primary mission of higher education, offer education, research and professional development for individuals and organizations locally and nationally.

Adjunct faculty are drawn from business, the professions, engineering, government and the arts. Participants benefit from their frontline business experience, solid academic credentials and proven teaching and training expertise.

Professionals at the School of Continuing Education work with clients to design technical and management training that meets an organization's very specific needs and can provide opportunities for team-building, employee feedback and strategic planning.

The School's faculty and staff rely on and are responsive to feedback from evaluations and surveys from their students and clients. One recent business program participant wrote, "School of Continuing Education courses enhanced my business knowledge and provided additional expertise in my field. The programs are great, and the instructors are EXCELLENT!"
