  Jenny Curtin  

Jenny Curtin is the State Coordinator of Alternative Education and Trauma-Sensitive Schools at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. In her role she is responsible for the administration of two state grants and technical assistance to the grant recipients. She also provides training to other districts interested in promising strategies related to implementing trauma-sensitive schools and high-quality Alternative Education programs. Jenny is involved with several interagency state-level efforts related decreasing the percent of students who drop out of high school. Jenny has a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Tulane University and she has a master's degree in Public Policy and certificate in Nonprofit Management from Johns Hopkins University.
