Nicole Jarmuskiewicz is currently a Training Specialist at Cooper Power Systems - Customer Support Center. Her work focuses on the development, instruction and coordination of training programs for all levels of employees. Nicole previously worked in the Milwaukee County Department of Human Resources as a Human Resources Specialist. She has successfully designed and implemented programs in the areas of communication, conflict management, motivation and coaching for supervisors, customer service, diversity and team-building, among others. She holds a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, specializing in training and development and in organizational communication.
