  Erik Fadlovich  

Erik Fadlovich is a recognized manager, college instructor and consultant with more than 18 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of products ranging from casting, forging, heating/cooling systems, temperature sensing, electronics, and publishing. Mr. Fadlovich is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has published works on many of the topics, skills and knowledge needed for the exceptional leadership of business improvement projects. His practical and hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Advanced Product Quality Planning Tools, Quality Control/Management, Environmental Regulation, Waterfall/Agile Production Methodologies, and ISO/TS/SAE standards; provides a rich proficiency for the academic curriculum.

In Mr. Fadlovich's current position as the Process Assurance Director for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, his responsibilities are focused on deploying, leading, and growing Continuous Improvement activities, while fostering and standardizing systematic work practices in an international, multi-site environment. Additionally, he resides on the board of directors for Engineered Resources, Inc. - a company specializing in providing technical sales and marketing expertise to manufacturing entities; while promoting and establishing enterprising relationships with accounts spanning across various market segments.
