Sue is a mediator, trainer and psychotherapist in private practice in Milwaukee, WI since 1983 mediating family and workplace disputes. Sue has over twenty five years mediation experience helping people engage in quality conversations on parenting plans (custody), divorce, disputes at work, improving teamwork, and conflict prevention. She teaches mediation at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee School of Continuing Education and as a guest at other Universities and training facilities.

Sue is a Past Chair of the Association for Conflict Resolution Family Section, is a former board member of the Academy of Family Mediators and a charter member of the Wisconsin Association of Mediators. Mediation Perspective: Mediation is a facilitated discussion on the important issues so people can resolve problems voluntarily. By sharing facts and the dilemmas each face, it results in informed decisions and a better relationship. I show opportunities to improve the communication and support a range of choices to meet everyone's needs. In addition to written agreements, people often say they feel more confident and clear and have a better understanding of another's perspective.
