  Ginny Plumeau  

Ginny Plumeau, Vice President of Natural Resource Management at BHE Environmental, Inc., specializes in Natural Resource and Open Space Management studies, Environmental Assessments and specialty surveys for Wildlife and Wetlands. She is a skilled Environmental Consultant with extensive project management experience. Ms. Plumeau, a Registered Environmental Manager (REM) is active in initiates such as the Milwaukee Green Team, Sweet Water Trust, and Watershed Action Teams. She has managed projects involving compliance, erosion control BMPs, land use and stewardship planning, wetland assessments, water quality monitoring, park planning, and habitat evaluation.

Ms. Plumeau has over 25 years of technical and leadership experience related to development issues. She has been involved in writing the Milwaukee County Land and Water Resource Management Plan, served on the Milwaukee Green Team, and has taught Environmental Business Issues (UWM) for several years. Prior to serving as the Vice President of Natural Resources for BHE Environmental, Ginny was a successful business owner, serving as the President of Cedarburg Science for 12 years. Prior to starting her own company, she was also a national client manager and manager of environmental services for a major engineering firm.
