	Dick Osantowski
	Mr. Osantowski has more than 30 years of environmental engineering experience that includes a strong background in leadership, education, engineering, organizational development, problem-solving, team building and communication skills. . Responsibilities have included the successful management of several multi-million dollar water projects, teaching, business development, marketing, and proposal preparation. Mr. Osantowski has also managed the Milwaukee Office of URS Corp. for several years.
