Paul Gibbons is the founder of one of Europe's premier leadership consulting firms, Future Considerations and an award winning CEO coach. Paul graduated from UW Madison in 1980 and moved to London where he lived for 30 years, first working as a banker, then a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, before founding his own firm. He holds degrees in Philosophy, Psychology and Biochemistry and certification both as a counselor and coach.
