  Rachel Monaco-Wilcox  

Rachel Monaco-Wilcox, J.D., is an attorney and mediator in Richfield, Wisconsin, focusing her practice in elder mediation. She is a course instructor at UWM School of Continuing Education in Elder Mediation. She practiced law at Foley and Lardner, and at Stephen M. Fisher & Associates in estate planning and administration, trust administration, real estate, and conflict resolution. She obtained her law and undergraduate degrees from Marquette University, has interned at the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and is a past Fulbright Scholar. Rachel is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution's section on Elder Decision Making and Conflict Resolution, the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar and the Wisconsin Association of Mediators.
