	Betsy Lawton is a staff attorney with Midwest Environmental Advocates (“MEA”) in Madison, WI, where she works on Clean Water Act enforcement and implementation and represents individuals, community groups and environmental organizations. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
