  Carl A. Sinderbrand  

Carl Sinderbrand Carl Sinderbrand is a partner in the law firm of Axley Brynelson, LLP. His practice focuses on environmental, construction, and government regulatory matters.  Mr. Sinderbrand regularly assists clients in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, representation before administrative agencies, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation. He has lectured on numerous occasions on a variety of environmental and construction matters, including water law, environmental aspects of climate change, construction contracting practices and claims, administrative procedures, and alternative dispute resolution.  Additionally, He has written articles relating to environmental dispute resolution, radioactive waste transportation, and various environmental and construction issues.

Mr. Sinderbrand is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and currently chairs its Environmental Law Section Board of Directors.  He serves on the board of environmental and other public interest organizations; and he is the immediate past chair of Clean Wisconsin, Inc., and current chair of the Wisconsin Wetlands Association.  He also is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.  Mr. Sinderbrand has been repeatedly named to Wisconsin Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America and recently was named one of Wisconsin’s Top Fifty Lawyers.  Mr. Sinderbrand earned his B.A. degree from Oberlin College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
