Steven Straub has 22 years of manufacturing experience in areas such as project management, product development and supply base management. Prior to joining WMEP, he worked for Mercury Marine and John Deere.

Steve has a BS in Industrial Technology from the UW-Stout and an MBA from Marquette University.

Steve also has the following Certifications:

Lean Train the Trainer, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), including: Five S, Quick Changeover & Total Productive Maintenance Lean Training, Lean Enterprise Institute, including A3 Strategy Planning and Deployment & Creating Level Pull

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
