  Neal O'Reilly  

Dr. Neal O’Reilly is an environmental engineer with more than 35 years of experience in the field of water resource management. Dr. O’Reilly is a professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at Marquette University and in the Conservation and Environmental Studies Program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Neal is a senior partner at the environmental consulting firm Ecological Research Partners, LLC. His unique expertise and experience include preparation of watershed and stormwater management plans, particularly when water quality is at issue. During his career, Neal has had a specific interest in infiltration of stormwater, and has prepared dozens of infiltration site plans and several design manuals. He is a registered professional hydrologist in Wisconsin.
