  David Flowers  

Dave is a highly experienced Professional Engineer and operator specializing in environmental engineering. David Flowers has provided design, construction, training, management consultation, and technical assistance to communities and industry. He paved the way for State approval of the first subsurface flow wetland in Wisconsin treating sewage. Seven systems are now in operation with 13 years of operating experience. He has four patents on wetland systems and components.

B.S. Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, Potsdam, New York. Graduated in December, 1972.
