  Mark Herbert  

Mark joined Aurora Medical Center in Grafton in July of 2010 as Manager of Facilities Operations. Mark has over nine years of experience in the area of facilities operations. Before joining the Grafton Medical Center, Mark held the position of Manager of Plant Operations for Aurora Advanced Health Care in Milwaukee. Mark directly managed a staff of 23 and oversaw the maintenance operations for 38 clinics and two ambulatory surgery centers.

Today, Mark is ultimately responsible for the maintenance operations of Aurora Medical Center, Grafton's 520,000 sq. foot, state-of-the-art, Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certified hospital. Mark will also oversee the operations of the 30,000 sq. foot LEED certified Vince Lombardi Cancer Care Center due to break ground on the Grafton campus in May, 2011.

Mark holds a BS degree in Aviation Maintenance Management, and an Associates degree in Aviation Maintenance, Airframe & Power Plant Certification from the University of Southern Illinois-Carbondale.
