  Elizabeth L. Burke  

Elizabeth L. Burke is a Leadership Development and Diversity Manager with 20 years global experience, who has directed and participated in the development of strategy, curriculum, and delivery programs that addressed organizational needs for development. She has been responsible for the implementation, measurement (effectiveness) and satisfaction with Leadership Development and Diversity initiatives across businesses. Work history includes experience within manufacturing and service environments focused on culture change and succession planning which resulted in increased leadership effectiveness and readiness. Additionally, She has been an adjunct instructor with Alverno College in their Master Program and has presented at Educational Conferences.

She holds a Master Degree in Education with a focus on Instruction Design and Organizational Development and has an undergraduate degree in Business Management & Professional Communications. She has also studied Engineering Technology before she found her passion in development work. She has various professional affiliations and certificates for specialized development activities.
