Elizabeth L. Burke is a Leadership Development and Diversity Manager with 20 years global experience, who has directed and participated in the development of strategy, curriculum, and delivery programs that addressed organizational needs for development. She has been responsible for the implementation, measurement (effectiveness) and satisfaction with Leadership Development and Diversity initiatives across businesses. Work history includes experience within manufacturing and service environments focused on culture change and succession planning which resulted in increased leadership effectiveness and readiness.
