For the past sixteen years Aaron has dedicated his career to Employee Training and Development, built from his foundation of extensive Sales and Management experience with a Fortune 500 company.
He has successfully managed multiple sales branches with the mission of consecutively exceeding established Sales and Profit goals. The branches service the Commercial Contractor as well as the Retail segments. His areas of expertise include: Customer Service, Sales and Relationship processes, Market development, inventory control, Marketing, and Human Resources Management.
As a District Training Manager, Aaron facilitates a six week, multifaceted on the Job Training Program. He instills in the employee the required skills to be a successful Assistant Manager within the companies' branches. He tailors the training to be centered on the employee's development and skill level. His proven track record is reflected in the many employees that have been promoted into Management positions.
On a yearly basis Aaron is nominated to direct the Annual Customer Service Training for District Management teams as well as all store personnel. He also directs the On-Board Training program within the District for new hires to the organization.
Aaron is "Train the Trainer" certified and has written and facilitated many courses including "The Guiding Principles of On-Board Training." He provides a clear understanding of the goals and themes of each of his courses. He is passionate about the participant's growth and development and lives by the guiding principal that "he is only successful, when those he works with are successful."
