  Mary Russo  

Mary Russo is an accomplished, senior human resources professional with extensive HR generalist and employee relations experience. She is a strategic business partner and a trusted advisor with a results-oriented and proven record of success. She is accustomed to working in fast paced and demanding environments while maintaining common sense and balance.

Her strong reputation, high integrity and business acumen are just a few of her many positive business attributes along with a track record of success in turn-around performance management. She is recognized for openness, tact and building trust and commitment in challenged environments. She is an effective leader who builds strong cohesive teams committed to attaining objectives.

Her human resources experience includes over 20 years working in manufacturing, professional services and long-term care. She has worked for some of Milwaukee's largest publicly traded employers as well as small and privately held companies. She is currently employed as a Human Resources Director for a non-profit facility.

Mary's teaching experience in adult learning environments spans over ten years of accelerated learning at the undergraduate level. She comfortably incorporates her strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate learning by interjecting her human resource experience with human resource theory.

Her education includes an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Concordia University. She also has an SPHR certification and several certifications from Marquette University.
