Director, Talent Acquisition & Development RedPrairie
Joanna Berentsen is the Director, Talent Acquisition & Development for RedPrairie. She is responsible for all Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, as well as Performance Management and Development programs in the Americas. She started with the organization in 2011, and spent the first seven months traveling to many of the RedPrairie offices to understand the corporate culture and provide generalist functions for those offices. This experience allowed her to formulate ideas about streamlining interviewing and on-boarding, ideas which she is implementing within the organization. Prior to joining RedPrairie, Joanna worked in legal staffing, both in large law firms and in placement agencies. From 2003 to 2011, she managed the Human Resources and Operations functions for three staffing firms, specializing in all levels of legal placements. She holds a BA in Religious Studies and Political Science from NYU and an MA in Theology from Claremont School of Theology.
