Rachel Cobb began working with Red Frog Events in 2009 after receiving a degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Illinois State University. She started as an Event Coordinator and now serves as the Recruitment Director. Since she joined Red Frog three years ago, she has played a large role in the development and rapid expansion of the Recruitment Department. In just a few years, the company has multiplied from 1 employee to over 150 in the summer of 2012. In addition to the Recruitment Department, Rachel also serves as a Race Director for Red Frog's nationwide running series, Warrior Dash.
