Steve is a Business Analyst professional with twenty years of experience in the financial services industry; ten years in a business analyst role. He is currently an analyst in the Trust Technology & Support Services group. His varied project work includes software development initiatives, system integration, and implementation of third party applications, working on mainframe, open systems, and web applications. His software development experience includes all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis and management, functional specification design, GUI design, and test planning and execution.

Steve has a Bachelor's degree from Malone University, Canton, Ohio, and a Master of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from UWM. He is a member of both the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) and the Southeast Wisconsin IIBA Chapter. He also served on the Leadership Committee for the 2012 Wisconsin Business Analyst Development Day (WI BADD®).
