  Julie O'Keeffe Henszey

Julie is the type of person who travels alone to Africa to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. She also conceived a 20-year goal in 2001 to complete 100 triathlons. She will be 54 when she crosses her 100th finish line. She works to help others manage stress and thrive at work and in life with evidence-based strategies for lasting change and personal development. She states, "We all have the ability to achieve and flourish, no matter where we're starting from."

Julie is certified through the International Coach Federation and holds the rank of Associate Certified Coach. She has written "Ten Critical Strategies for Finding Fulfillment in a Hectic World" and has appeared regularly on the local television affiliate of Fox Entertainment. Her focus on empowerment has led her to create an interview series "Entering New Territory: Ordinary People Doing Extraordinary Things." She has interviewed the first woman to ski alone to the South Pole, a four-time Olympian in three different sports, and a woman who lost 187 pounds, to name a few.
