Holly came to Wisconsin in November 2009 and currently works as Director of the UW-Whitewater Children's Center. She worked for 18 years as an early childhood educator with more than nine years in administration at three other campus-based children's centers.
Holly holds a master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Michigan University and 42 post-graduate credits in Early Childhood Education and Human Development from Pacific Oaks College and Oakland University. In June of 2012, she completed her Infant, Early Childhood and Family Mental Health Certificate from UW-Madison. Her areas of research interest include non-traditional families, child development from birth to three, brain development and the use of multiple intelligences and strength-based assessment in early childhood education.
Holly lives in Whitewater with her husband, Bryan, and their daughter – a fellow campus children's center graduate!
