	Lean Project Manager Rockwell Automation Kathy Balota has over 30 years experience in operations and industrial engineering and is Lean Project Manager for Rockwell Automation with global responsibilities to implement the Rockwell Production System in their manufacturing facilities. Kathy's previous positions include Plant Manager for Plymouth Tube Co., Operations Manager for Delco Electronics, and Future Planning, Materials, Industrialization, and Operations management at AC Spark Plug - a Division of GM. Kathy currently sits on the UWM Industrial Engineering Advisory Board.
