Earl Lemon is a retired teacher of 35 years, a confirmed Dickensian and a proud adherent to the literary tradition of “The Common Reader.” He received a B.A. from Bethel College in 1963, an M.A. from Northwestern University in 1968 and undertook post graduate study in psychology. He is an avid auditor of literature classes at UWM and a member of Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UWM.
