Wade Krogwold is the campus and community recruiting manager for Direct Supply, which is America’s leading supplier of equipment, services and technology solutions to the senior living industry. Wade leads the activities that are focused on maintaining the existing relationships and identifying new sources for talent. He works closely with leaders and the executive team to ensure relationships are in place to access the talent needed to meet the company’s need.
Wade graduated with degrees in human resource management and psychology from UW-Madison’s School of Business and has been in the recruiting field for more than 19 years. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Colleges and Employers, the Campus Recruiting Roundtable and sits on numerous undergraduate career service advisory boards. He maintains an active schedule speaking with high school, undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as community groups and organizations on interviewing, networking and other professional development topics.
