  Lynda Nicely
Milwaukee, WI
LinkedIn Profile

The bottom line: Lynda Nicely wants to help you find your passion. After spending many years in the marketing communications industry, Lynda found her own passion and transitioned into working with adults on their career development. She's helped many UWM alumni and community members — whether fresh out of school or many years removed — reach success in their career paths.

Lynda holds an M.S. in educational psychology-community counseling from UW-Milwaukee. She believes that sometimes we are our own barriers to success and working with a coach can guide people through transitional moments in their lives.

She is professionally trained to interpret the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory. One of her strengths is helping clients appropriately use these assessments to find the right work environment for their personality. She believes finding the right fit will help clients be happier in their career long term.

Knowing many people are nervous about using social media, Lynda is well versed on using various channels, including LinkedIn. For years, she's been considered the go-to expert. She helps clients learn how to use social media in their job search strategy and career exploration process.
