Rose Spano Iannelli - along with her business partner Jamie Pratt is a founding partner of Spano Pratt Executive Search, a leading executive search firm based in the Midwest. Rose began Spano Pratt in 1999 after serving in a leadership role for a $50 Million professional staffing firm serving many of the area’s largest and best employers of choice. She has led hundreds of executive search projects to successful completion and is well known for her courage to consider out of the box candidates and facilitate an accurate cultural match. Today, Spano Pratt is a leading executive search firm serving a variety of industries including nonprofit as well as for-profit organizations.
Rose has been a member of Society for Human Resource Management and a certified Human Resource Professional for more than ten years, serving as a confidant and adviser to many Chief Executive Officers seeking to build a leadership team as well as board directors seeking leaders. Rose has extensive experience working with search committees of boards of directors and a successful track record in the areas of leadership, creative business solutions and strategic recruitment.
She is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University, and has earned the professional certification from Board Source in Nonprofit Board Education. Rose is a member of the board of directors of TEMPO Milwaukee and chair of the TEMPO Milwaukee Engagement Committee where she is committed to raising the visibility of professional women. Equally committed to education, she serves on the board and governance committee for the Columbia College of Nursing. She is a regular speaker and panelist on the topic of talent acquisition including board selection. Rose has led workshops on the topic of board selection and worked extensively with both commercial and social enterprise organizations.
Rose is active in the business community, a graduate of the Future Milwaukee program and a native of Wisconsin. Rose is a proud parent and now an empty nester residing with her husband in the village of Shorewood in Southeastern Wisconsin.
