Shannon Grall has 20 years of experience in human resources, holding a variety of both generalist and specialist positions. She is currently the manager of compensation for MillerCoors, and responsible for administering compensation programs for the Integrated Supply Chain, which includes their eight major breweries located throughout the U.S. Shannon is also responsible for the design and administration of MillerCoors’ HR programs, which include relocation, outplacement, employee recognition and service awards. Prior to joining MillerCoors in April 2013, she was employed with Aurora Health Care where she held a variety of management roles that included overseeing HR services for one of their medical centers, as well as managing compensation for all of their medical centers and medical groups. She also spent a few years in human capital management where she was responsible for Aurora’s HR systems.
Shannon has a B.B.A. with a major in human resources management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and her M.B.A. from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management. She has both her SPHR and CCP, and belongs to the Milwaukee Area Compensation Association (MACA) and WorldatWork.
