Deeatra Kajfosz inspires business leaders to unite their marketing, sales, and operational structure with a focus on client interests for maximum profitability.

Deeatra has a passion for uncovering hidden truths about company cultures, services and processes for the purpose of infusing them with marketing, sales and operational initiatives that resonate with current and future client interests. Her objective is to challenge the traditional mindset that sales, marketing and operations function as separate interests by introducing the psychological, cultural and brand awareness factors that drive successful business development. To do this, a path of discovery and adaptability is introduced by defining the best qualities of an organization through the eyes of the leadership, employees and most importantly, their clients.

Deeatra remains active in the daily operations of her full-service marketing, sales development and operations management firm, Nalani Services, Inc., located in Menomonee Falls. As a distinguished business woman, she has been recognized as a top Women of Influence by TEMPO International and was the founding member of TEMPO Washington County, serving as the chapter president for four years. She also volunteers regularly for numerous charitable causes and organizations. Deeatra serves on multiple boards of directors for nonprofit and for-profit organizations, and is regarded as a holistic strategist for the advancement of B2B and B2C success within the business community.
