“Gardening With Aches and Pains” Did you know that gardening can improve your health? Learn to choose the tools that fit you, get tips on how to protect your joints and prevent injuries while gardening, and discover the resources available to you. Marilynn Cech is a lifetime gardener, member of the Southeast Wisconsin UW-Extension Master Gardeners for the past 10 years, and has been a registered surgical nurse for more than 40 years. She is also a member of the Life Long Gardening Committee, and has a passion to make gardening fun and accessible for all ages, no matter your limitations. She’ll demonstrate tools that can help you garden longer even with chronic conditions such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis or just aching backs and joints.
